VietJetAir is set for major fleet growth following the carrier’s announcement it expects to receive more than 600 Airbus and Boeing aircraft by 2035. This follows from the airline’s previous strategic plans for network expansion, both domestically and internationally, as well as modernising its fleet. VietJetAir announced it was focused on expanding the airline’s international network, modernising its fleet, and enhancing customer experience. Earlier this month, August 2026, VietJetAir also posted their H1 2026 report, which highlighted how the airline performed in the first half of 2026.
