Lang8/8/26An Iowa City man is accused of breaking a ceramic mug over another person’s head. Iowa City Police say the alleged victim was a house guest at the South 7th Avenue residence of 25-year-old Dylon Stokes Juhl just after 5:15 Friday night. The person had been invited by the homeowner, but they do not get along with Stokes Juhl. Witnesses say at one point Stokes Juhl walked up to the person and hit them over the head with a coffee mug, causing a bleeding cut to the alleged victim’s scalp. Stokes Juhl is charged with Assault Causing Bodily Injury.
