Village fears plans for 36 homes will devastate wildlife and elderly neighbours

The plans detail 22 market homes, 10 affordable rented properties, and four designated as affordable home ownership.
“A lot of residents love the wildlife, their gardens back onto this.
They have cameras set up, they leave bowls – it would be such a shame for them and for the wildlife.”
Other residents who lodged objections raised concerns over the quiet lane 150metres from the site, and the hazardous collision site at the A1124 junction.
