Joseph Frank Bailey, 90, of Morgantown, passed away Tuesday, July 28, 2026, at the Sundale Nursing Home, Morgantown, following a lengthy illness. Born April 25, 1936 in Morgantown, he was a son of the late Joseph Howard and Geraldine Reed Bailey. 7 Mini Mart in Dellslow, WV with his wife, and worked at Morgan Shirt Factory. Surviving are his children, Joseph F. Bailey, Jr. and wife Patty of Westover, John E "Eddie" Bailey of Morgantown, Judith Lamonds of Las Vegas, NV, and son-in-law Larry Johnson of Morgantown; six grandchildren-Randall, Marie, Kevin, Ben, Chrissy and Brandon; 14 great-grandchildren; a brother Johnny Bailey and a half-brother, David Bailey. His wife, Patricia Marie Wilhelm Bailey passed away on Jan. 11, 2013.
