The 24th annual North Branford Poco Festival opened today, filled with carnival rides, the smell of fair foods, carnival rides, people petting the farm animals, and the smell of fair foods. The Poco Festival stands for potato and corn, combined. Like any fair, there’s also tons of fun carnival games where people can win big prizes. The Wolcott Country Fair is the area’s largest agricultural fair. The North Branford Poco Festival is set to launch fireworks on Saturday.
