The 2026 FIM World Supercross Championship arrives in Calgary this weekend as the world’s leading supercross riders prepare to battle for championship points in the opening round of the season at McMahon Stadium.
Calgary marks both the start of a new championship campaign and the first time the city has hosted World Supercross, setting the stage for a thrilling night of racing on Canadian soil.
Tom Covington, Director of Racing, World Supercross said: “This season marks a significant step forward for World Supercross.
With a strong rider line-up, world-class teams and a stadium built for big moments, we’re expecting an exciting opening round and a brilliant first World Supercross event in the city.”
Beyond the individual championships, Calgary also marks the beginning of the teams’ championship battle.
