Stephen Roth, 40, of Greenhead, Mauchline, was caught speeding 87mph, above the 70mph limit, on the M4 westbound between junctions 8 Maidenhead and 9 and 10 (Bracknell) on August 28 last year. He appeared in Wycombe Magistrates' Court on July 29 this year. Roth was fined £220, handed three penalty points, and ordered to pay £120 in costs. Faul was fined £40, received three penalty points, and must pay £120 in costs plus a £16 surcharge by August 28. He avoided disqualification due to both his health and the effect on his business partner.
