AI representational photoJammu- The Special Crime Wing (SCW) of Jammu’s Crime Branch registered an FIR on Saturday in connection with an alleged overseas visa and employment fraud involving multiple accused persons, an official said. The case stems from a joint written complaint filed by several residents of Doda district. ADVERTISEMENTThey alleged that Bilal Ahmad, a resident of Kishtwar’s Dachhan area currently based in Dubai, induced them with promises of arranging visas and employment in Dubai, a SCW spokesperson said. ADVERTISEMENTHe said the evidence prima facie indicated a well-planned criminal conspiracy involving multiple people to cheat innocent job aspirants under the guise of providing overseas employment. The SCW advised the public to exercise utmost caution while dealing with individuals or agencies offering overseas jobs or visa services.
