Further road delays are imminent at Flat Creek Road. The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) will continue overnight weekday road closures for KY 12. (Flat Creek Road) The closure will proceed until Tuesday, Aug. 11. The area in focus will be closed from mile point 5.540 (near CR 1314/Harvieland Road) to mile point 7.5 (near Onans Bend Road) nightly from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. on weekdays Local traffic will be directed through the work zone via flagging operations. The road closure will look to repair base failure repairs ahead of an upcoming asphalt resurfacing project.
