The Central Saanich Police Service (CSPS) is warning locals of recent reports of a man who appears to be attempting to lure people closer to his car. The man is described as a South Asian and in his 30s driving a white, older-model, two-door vehicle which is lowered and has a roof rack. The CSPS’s warning comes the same week that Greater Victoria Crime Stoppers issued a notice about indecent exposures in Saanich. “When they moved closer to assist, they discovered the man was exposing himself inside his car,” said Crime Stoppers in a social media post Tuesday. Behaviour such as this can often escalate if left unpunished,” said Crime Stoppers.
