Tom Sandoval is preparing to take the stand in his ongoing legal battle with ex-girlfriend Victoria Lee Robinson. Among the exhibits listed are security camera footage from the June 3 incident and another video that Sandoval claims shows Robinson striking him. Sandoval’s representative has previously maintained that witnesses and, in some instances, video evidence back up his version of events. Robinson’s request for a temporary restraining order against Sandoval was denied pending this month’s evidentiary hearing.
