This year the Infant Feeding Team at Halton Family Hubs, together with community partners, marked World Breastfeeding Week 2026 by celebrating progress and promoting available support for families. The rise in breastfeeding rates has been supported by a comprehensive package of services. Halton continues to expand its network of Breastfeeding Friendly venues, recognising businesses and organisations that offer welcoming environments for breastfeeding families. Free infant feeding advice and support are available year-round through Halton Family Hubs.
