HILL CITY, S.D. - Whether you're new to the sights and sounds of the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally or a more experienced visitor looking for a new way to take in the excitement, Hill City has all the elements of the rally, just without the large crowds of people. But even with significantly fewer visitors than Sturgis, Hill City certainly doesn't change the vibe the rally brings.
