Armitage contacted the media services company in November 2024. The business owner explained: “She always had a problem with her bank… telling me she’d just received money from an inheritance and was dealing with that… she gave us a lot of stories. Now with the media services company, the owner won a county court judgment in April 2025 that ordered Armitage to pay their bill in full. Despite this, Armitage has never paid the media services company a penny for their months of hard work. “The feeling of being scammed is very uncomfortable,” the business owner said.
