Pakistan’s military establishment observed the 68th martyrdom anniversary of Major Tufail Muhammad Shaheed on Saturday, honoring the Nishan-e-Haider recipient for his courage, unwavering commitment and ultimate sacrifice in service of the nation. The Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) reported that senior military leadership took part in the tribute. His outstanding bravery and selflessness on the battlefield earned him the Nishan-e-Haider, the highest military decoration awarded in Pakistan. Beyond the tribute to Major Tufail Muhammad Shaheed, the Armed Forces and citizens across Pakistan also remembered every martyr who gave their life defending the country.
