Nsight Health, a fully managed remote care company, released real-world clinical data and an independent economic analysis examining outcomes among remotely monitored patients with hypertension, diabetes, and chronic kidney disease. Across its monitored population, Nsight Health documented measurable improvements in disease control. Patients enrolled in remote blood pressure monitoring recorded an average systolic blood pressure reduction of 11.5 mmHg, with reductions reaching 29.6 mmHg among patients with Stage 2 hypertension. Between January and June 2026, Nsight Health clinical staff reviewed and actioned 10.9 million remote monitoring alerts, clearing 1.3 million high-acuity cases flagged as at-risk or critical. Separately, Nsight Health engaged Optum to conduct a retrospective matched-cohort analysis comparing Nsight Health Medicare patients with matched controls across the same three conditions over approximately 12 months.
