A man who stole a van from a harbour has appeared in court. Stuart Stephen (56) admitted the charges against him at Banff Sheriff Court. Stuart Stephen appeared at Banff Sheriff Court. Stephen, of Clergy Street in Macduff, pleaded guilty to stealing the van from North Pier at Macduff Harbour on December 3 last year. Sheriff Robert McDonald deferred sentence on Stephen until next month, so the court can obtain a criminal justice social work report.
