Employees State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) invites application from eligible practicing Advocates for empanelment to represent the Employees' State Insurance Corporation before Hon'ble High Court of Madhya Pradesh, Employees' Insurance Courts, District & Subordinate Courts, Magistrate Courts, Labour Courts, Consumer Forum, Tribunals (including CAT) and Other Judicial/ Quasi-Judicial Forums in the districts of State of Madhya Pradesh. The applicant should have a minimum of 10 years of professional experience for Hon'ble High Courts (various benches) and various benches of Hon'ble CAT. Preferably have experience in handling Labour Laws, Social Security Laws, Service Matters and allied legislations. Be capable of representing ESIC before High Court, Employees' Insurance Courts, District & Subordinate Courts, Magistrate Courts, Labour Courts, Consumer Forum, Tribunals (including CAT) and Other Courts. (Be well conversant with the Employees' State Insurance Act, 1948/ Code on Social Security, 2020 Rules, Regulations, Labour Codes and other relevant laws).
