Washington County leaders are weighing a property tax levy increase that could raise the average household tax bill by a little more than $60 a year.
While the process is still in the early stages, for 22-year Woodbury resident Patrick Farrell, the proposed 7.9% Washington County property tax increase was not welcome news.

Washington County is not expected to vote on its official tax levy until December.
