Step into the past at Red Deer’s Pioneer Days at Sunnybrook Farm Museum, on August 15 and 16. The annual event celebrates central Alberta’s farming heritage and features a tractor parade, threshing and field demonstrations, and more. Visitors will learn about life on the farm through interactive exhibits and live presentations of traditional skills. Children’s activities include face painting, a bouncy castle, barrel train rides, a live farm animal exhibition, and other activities. Sunnybrook Farm Museum is located at 2879 Botterill Crescent, and admission to Pioneer Days is by donation.
