Nvidia plans to invest up to $3 billion in Lancium, a Blackstone-backed power infrastructure developer whose Texas campus hosts the first phase of the Stargate artificial intelligence project, according to a report by The Information. The proposed investment would give the chipmaker a roughly 20% equity stake in Lancium, which the report said is valued at about $10 billion. Neither Nvidia nor Lancium has publicly confirmed the proposed investment.
