He will work closely with the Chief Executive Officer and the executive management team to deliver on the institution’s growth objectives. Mr. Owusu-Boateng brings twenty-five years of professional and leadership experience spanning international trade finance, banking operations, microfinance, marketing, development finance and executive management. His areas of expertise include banking governance and regulatory compliance, strategic sales and operations management, development finance and social enterprise, strategic marketing & communications, leadership and team building. In Ghana, Advans supports micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises, individuals, and local communities through financial services designed to promote inclusion, enterprise growth, and long-term development.
