ISLAMABAD – The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has issued guidelines for parents to want to apply for the B-Form of their children. Parents seeking a NADRA B-Form for their children should verify their own records and the child’s birth details before submitting an application to avoid unnecessary delays. The registration authority said applications for a child’s B-Form can be submitted at a NADRA office or through the Pak-ID mobile application. Their personal information in NADRA records, including names, spouse details and CNIC numbers, should also be accurate and complete. The child’s birth must also be properly registered with the relevant Union Council.
