“Living Legacies: The Humphries Family Speaks” was held at the Pennyroyal Area Museum and featured members of the Humphries family sharing memories and experiences from generations of growing up in Hopkinsville. Human Rights Commission Executive Director Raychel Farmer said the event was intended to give the family an opportunity to share its history in a relaxed setting. “We’re gonna come have some conversation, talk about some family history, and let them tell some stories.
