The Fort Campbell Falcons hit the road to Bowling Green Friday night for a pair of scrimmages to open the 2026 football preseason. The Falcons took on Warren Central and Edmonson County. Fort Campbell head coach Henry Mitchell stated that while his Falcons have some work to do, he believes that they are not every far off. On defense, Mitchell liked the way his team pursued the ball, but notes that his Falcons must tackle better when they get there. ‘ Fort Campbell will close out the preseason next Friday night with the annual Border Wars event at Fryer Stadium.
