Opal Schutz, 70, passed away peacefully in her sleep on August 2, 2026, at West Vue Nursing Center in West Plains, Missouri. AdvertisementShe is survived by her daughter, April Wilson and husband Jackie of Mountain View, Missouri; her sister, Penny Gutscher of Mountain View, Missouri; her brothers, Stanley McBride of Mountain View, Missouri, Thomas McBride of Arkansas, and Benny McBride of Mtn. Opal was preceded in death by her parents, Ernest-JR McBride and Edith McBride; her husband, Leonard Schutz; her sister, Clara Johnson; and her brother, Ernest McBride.
