The Jamaican entertainer, whose real name is Andrew Davis, is now scheduled to return to court on September 9, when two of his co-accused are also expected to appear. Presiding Judge Elizabeth Pascal granted the request for the delay on Friday, putting Davis on the same court calendar as co-defendants Damion Jones and Clifford Brown. James McBride has struck a plea deal with prosecutors, admitting to one count of conspiracy to deal cocaine. For Flippa Mafia, however, the legal battle continues.
