The indoor climbing centre, which had become a popular destination for families after it opened in 2024, ceased trading without warning earlier this week.
Customers took to social media following the closure, with many expressing disappointment and asking what had happened to the business.
The owners said on August 6: "We're sorry to share that Clip 'n Climb High Wycombe has gone into administration."
The announcement confirms the company is no longer trading, bringing an end to the attraction's time in the town.
Reflecting on the business's time in High Wycombe, the owners added: "Running this centre has been a genuine privilege.
