1373-JK(GAD) of 2026, dated August 7, 2026, the new order supersedes the earlier Government Order No. The UT PMG has been constituted in line with the operational framework of the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT), Government of India. The government has also designated the Planning, Development & Monitoring Department (PD&MD) as the Nodal Department for coordination, implementation and operationalisation of the UT PMG Portal. The department will coordinate with the DPIIT, monitor registered projects, convene UT PMG meetings, ensure implementation of decisions, maintain the PMG Portal and reporting mechanism, and perform other functions necessary for effective implementation of the PMG framework.
