The San Francisco Giants enjoyed an off day on Thursday after recently dropping their series to the Texas Rangers earlier this week. It hasn’t been the season the Giants have hoped for. Before the Tigers series began, the Giants made a pair of roster moves, including demoting 4-year player Tristan Beck. As for Tristan Beck, he has pitched in parts of four MLB seasons, all with the Giants. He posted an ERA of 4.61 across 56.2 innings in the Giants bullpen, but the wheels have sort of fallen off since then.
