Police say Linares stated he did not notice a red light and rear ended another vehicle. Officer say they attempted Standard Field Sobriety Testing, however, it could not be completed due to Linares not cooperating. Linares was arrested and transported to TriStar Greenview Regional Hospital for medical clearance. Police say Linares also broke a hospital bed valued at an estimated $8,000 to $10,000.
