(2026)The upcoming indie dark comedy and supernatural romance Thud has officially rounded out its ensemble cast with the addition of six new cast members. Sarah Michelle Gellar (Ready or Not 2: Here I Come, Buffy the Vampire Slayer) stars as the Grim Reaper, alongside Rudy Pankow (Outer Banks) as the Devil. The executive producing slate features Lindsay Helms and Joel Nevells for Helmstreet Productions, Greg Gilreath and Adam Hendricks for Divide/Conquer, Tyler Gillett and Matt Bettinelli-Olpin for Radio Silence, Dan Lawler, and screenwriter Noga Pnueli. Studio distribution partners and an official release date for Thud have not yet been announced.
