British audio brand Q Acoustics aims to change that with its new 3040c floorstanding loudspeakers, claiming to bridge the gap between pricing and high-end audio quality. At the core of the 3040c is Q Acoustics’ C3 (Continuous Curved Cone) core driver platform, which combines bass response of a traditional straight conic cone with the midrange clarity and high-frequency control of a flared cone, according to Q Acoustics. In terms of its industrial design, the 3040c loudspeaker features clean lines and a curved profile with understated detailing to naturally integrate into modern interiors. The Q Acoustics 3040c loudspeaker will be available in four finishes: Satin Black, Satin White, Pin Oak and Claro Walnut, with a reasonable price of $1,099.
