A New York jury watched a video recreating the route of a man accused of killing his nine-year-old daughter as part of his trial today.
The video, which is close to five hours long, is based on data from the man’s phone and his car’s location.
Today marks the end of the third week of the trial of Luciano Frattolin in Elizabethtown, N.Y.
Frattolin is facing charges of second-degree murder and the concealment of a human corpse in the death of his daughter Melina Frattolin, who lived in Montreal.
The 46-year-old man has pleaded not guilty to both charges and has been held without bail since his arrest in July 2025.
