A small brush fire sparked near the intersection of state Route-163 and SR-52 in the Miramar area Friday afternoon. WATCH HERE WATCH HERECalifornia Highway Patrol had shut down the transition ramp from northbound SR-163 to eastbound SR-52 amid firefighting response. By about 4 p.m., the ramps were reopened, but it was not immediately clear if Kearny Villa Road had been reopened.
