Bengaluru: The skeletal remains of a 52-year-old woman were recovered from a locked duplex house in the city’s Bagalagunte area, nearly a year after she died. The discovery was made at a residence in Havanur Layout, where the woman had reportedly been living alone. Preliminary inquiries suggest that Dakshayini had been struggling with depression following the deaths of her husband and son. Her husband, Umesh, died about a decade ago, while her son later succumbed to cancer. The skeletal remains are expected to undergo forensic examination, which will help determine the cause of death and provide further details about the circumstances surrounding the case, as reported by India TV News.
