Hyderabad: Telangana High Court has issued contempt notices to Special Chief Secretary (Municipal Administration) Jayesh Ranjan, HYDRAA Commissioner A.V. The case relates to alleged illegal constructions at the Barrister Fatima Owaisi Educational Campus in Hyderabad's Bandlaguda. He alleged that despite these rulings, officials from the concerned departments furnished incorrect information to the High Court on April 9, misleading the court. Seeking action under the Contempt of Courts Act, the petitioner argued that the officials had deliberately violated the High Court's directions.
