A spokesperson for Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Service said: "At 11am on Friday 7 August, one fire engine from Leigh attended a collision on Westleigh Lane, Leigh. "The collision involved a vehicle which set alight and caused a minor fire, crews worked quickly to make the area safe. "Crews were on the scene for approximately 25 minutes."
