According to records filed in McHenry County court, a former coworker of Davis recently received a two-year order of protection against him. In 2023, he pleaded guilty to a charge of criminal damage of property, according to court records. Court records show he was given two years of probation in that case and ordered to pay fines and complete 100 hours of community service. He was out of prison by December 2025, when Lakemoor police cited him with driving 67 mph in a 45-mph zone, according to court records. Both McHenry police and the McHenry County State’s Attorney’s Office continue to investigate other incidents Davis is suspected in, according to the release.
