Julius was the owner and pharmacist of Seashore Drugs in Wilmington and began Option Care of Wilmington, a home I.V. Julius was a member of Gideon International for many years. Julius was preceded in death by his wife, Ruby S Howard, his parents, David Alexander (Allie) and Mary Elza Sullivan Howard, and his 7 siblings. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations are asked to be made to Gideons International or Pine Valley Methodist Church.
