The Macallan is rounding out its Harmony Collection with a pair of whiskies that pay homage to coconut. Earlier this week, the historic distiller unveiled two new single malt bottlings: Inspired by Fresh Coconut and Inspired by Toasted Coconut. Inspired by Fresh Coconut is said to be the more playful of the two, boasting aromas and flavors of citrus, tropical fruit, lime zest and soft coconut milk. While Fresh Coconut is available for purchase globally online, Toasted Coconut will be a travel retail exclusive rolling out at select airports. “The Harmony Collection represents the culmination of a journey defined by curiosity and creativity,” Creative Director Jaume Ferras added.
