38-bed Forfar care home HMO refusal appealed to Scottish Government

The firm behind a bid to turn a former Forfar care home into a 38-bed HMO has appealed Angus Council’s refusal of the plan to the Scottish Government.
Last November, Ayrshire-based Veriton Group revealed its proposal for Lochbank Manor residential home on the edge of Forfar Loch Country Park.
