The Park City and Wasatch High School girls soccer teams packed the stadium field at Quinn’s Junction for their rivalry game on Thursday night. Wasatch would equalize with 17 minutes to go, but Park City wasn’t rattled, helping to set up junior forward Riley Reese’s spectacular game-winner. Park City was able to hold on in the game’s final nine minutes to secure the victory. Dellenbach said a more aggressive mindset heading into the game’s second half helped Park City find the scoreboard. Park City will recover, do a media day and have team building activities on Friday.
