A motorcyclist in the UK is set for a court hearing after being caught speeding at more than double the speed limit on a dual carriageway. The incident took place on May 30, 2026, when the motorcyclist was caught doing 155mph in a 70 zone. The speeding offence was reported by the Devon and Cornwall Police Road Safety Team, which says more information regarding the outcome of the court hearing will be provided in “due course”. “Riding at more than double the speed limit on a busy dual carriageway is completely irresponsible.
