THOMASVILLE — The Thomasville Police Department is currently investigating a shooting that took place on Friday, July 31, that left one person seriously injured. According to reports, at approximately 11:30 p.m., officers responded to a person being shot on Hunters Chase Circle. Upon arrival, officers located a female with a gunshot wound. While there is currently no threat to the public, TPD said the investigation is active and ongoing, and they are asking anyone with information related to the incident to contact them at 229-227-3249.
