Tubbs is held in high regard by the physicians and nurses with whom Mr. Tubbs works and interacts on a daily basis. “Prior to August 4, 2026, Mr. Tubbs’s record was without blemish, as Mr. Tubbs has not previously been charged with or convicted of any criminal offenses”. Both men summarily denied my request, despite Mr. Tubbs’s not being a flight risk and my being an officer of the court.
