Two dead in Water Street brawl(Kaieteur News) – A 29-year-old salesman is claiming self-defence after fatally stabbing two men on Water Street, Georgetown, near Bounty Supermarket in the Stabroek Market area on Friday morning. During interrogation, Answick told police that Salim’s child’s father is Tyrone Captain. Salim continued on to South Ruimveldt while Answick walked toward his workplace on Water Street. Answick told police he sustained injuries during the attack; a hospital examination reportedly confirmed injuries to his body. Trim sustained two stab wounds.
