Elliott, along with thousands of students across Whitfield County Schools’ 13 elementary schools, five middle schools and five high schools began their first day of classes for the 2026-27 year on Friday. “And I’m excited about my AP (Advanced Placement) language class, because I want to do sports media,” she said.
