DAILY POST reports that the conversation surrounding Bashir’s failure to secure the APC ticket during the House of Representatives primary election in 2022 resurfaced on Thursday.
Afrobeat singer, David Adeleke, known by his stage name Davido, had in a viral post on Thursday mocked the APC chieftain, claiming that he scored 16 votes in his primary election.
He said, “I feel it is important to say this unequivocally that it is simply not true that I got 16 votes.
“The reality is that there was no credible primary election in the first place.
