A Windermere resident has been arrested in Saskatchewan for trafficking cocaine. On July 29, at approximately 12:50 a.m., Indian Head RCMP stopped a SUV on Highway 1 near Indian Head for a driver’s license, registration, and sobriety check. As a result of investigation, officers determined there were likely illicit drugs in the vehicle and the driver was arrested, Indian Head RCMP reported. Saskatchewan RCMP’s Saskatchewan Enforcement Response Team, Organized Crime Agency of British Columbia, and the Saskatchewan Highway Patrol assisted in this investigation.
